As an independent artist, his most notable work comprises of three albums, We Fell from Heaven (2021), Agnosia (2014), and Sweet Dream Animations (2012).Jawad began his career as a singer, rapper, and producer in 2005 for the pioneering Muslim Hip-Hop duo D-Clique, eventually branching off as a solo artist. The themes of his works revolve around the issues of injustice and oppression; and the uniquely intertwined emergence of both a 21st-century Muslim-American, and a 1st-generation Afghan-American immigrant identity.
