A journey from Bethel to Barcelona. Nigel Martyn is widely regarded as one of the best English goalkeepers of his generation; indeed he was the first goalie to cost a team £1m. However, his journey into the sport was anything but straight forward. A failed trial at Argyle was followed by non-league football in Cornwall. A break at Bristol Rovers got him started and allowed him to go on and playing in FA Cup Finals, the Premier League, the Champions League and at World Cups. 'Big Nige' was on pitch when David Beckham scored THAT free-kick against Greece, he put in one of the best displays in a UEFA Cup game away to Roma and played at the Camp Nou against the mighty Barcelona. His one regret though, never setting foot on Home Park. This is the story of Nigel Martyn.

This time around it's Babcock Devonport End goals. There has been so many excellent and important goals scored at the Devonport End - from the likes of promotion clinchers from Tommy Tynan's and David Friio to long range belters from Jamie Mackie and Bali Mumba, trying to narrow it down to five will be difficult. There is some fierce debate, some laughs and a lot of disagreement but five goals have been chosen, no doubt you will have a list of your own though. Argyle Fives is also available to watch on Argyle TV - enjoy!

"The ultimate job of a coach is to become redundant." Aaron Cusack is a voice and a face many Argyle fans will know through his work for Argyle TV. However, his association with the football club goes back way before the microphone. As a football mad child, living in Plymouth, Aaron dreamt of being a footballer. He almost achieved that dream, getting a Youth training Scheme at the club before ultimately being let go at 18. He didn't let that disappointment end his association with the game though and quickly made his journey into coaching. He spent 13 years at the Argyle Academy and has been instrumental in the development of players such as Adam Randell and Mike Cooper. This is the story of Aaron Cusack.
