Music can be a lot of different things to a group of likeminded people, or be the bond between people that couldn't be more different. Music also goes the distance of bringing the world closer together, does the work to remove barriers; need they be political, social, personal, or cultural, and generally seems to be something that all humans agree-on. A good song is a good song, and (pun intended) resonates with us, on a level that is fundamental, raw, and unbridled. For me, when I'm looking through my music library, I often associate people with certain songs, as if to say , this song has "so-and-so's" personality, charisma, and/or charm, and I find that it's often a static association,...
