His organization called the EQ Development Group, trains leaders and their teams to improve their efficiency and effectiveness through improved emotional intelligence.   I hope that it&amp;amp;apos;s encouraging as you hear that EQ, for all of us, it isn&amp;amp;apos;t something that is fixed.
