Patrick Precourt is a personal development and small business performance coach, speaker, author, athlete, MMA enthusiast, husband and dad.Patrick’s unique ability is to create massive transformation in individuals, change that lasts even after all other efforts have failed. Where most mentors and coaches end up focusing on the "what we do" and the "how we do it", Patrick takes it way further and focuses on the WHY we must do it. The true difference is what defines achievement, what to do and how to do it, from fulfillment, WHY we do what we do.One leaves us waiting for the weekend while the other -- we live and enjoy every single day like it was the weekend!

I rarely see entrepreneurs or newly crowned "self-employed" business owners stick in their business plans the requirement to learn high level leadership skills. And no doubt, to some degree, this is also one reason why families struggle and businesses falter and fail ... a pure lack of leadership. Its that important!Leadership unifies a team, inspires family members, creates an environment for growth and prosperity, cements a level of commitment to achieve that is second to none and attracts other high level performers. In other words, great leadership lay...

Can we all agree that if we want more -- more friends, more energy, more life enjoyment, more money, more of anything, then something has to change? If we want to lose some pounds, ditch a relationship, get a little healthier, have better relationships, become a better presenter or communicator, then something HAS TO CHANGE.In other words, if we want something in our lives to change, then something has to change! (Almost sounds too obvious.)I know we all know this already but this is where I’m going with it. Knowing anything doesn’t mean squat! Doing it and making it stick is the only thing that matters.I have worked with entrepreneurs, stay at home moms, CEO’s, school teachers, cooperate management, athletes, etc for the past twelve years on one primary function … creating lasting change. This topic has been written on and spoken about a million times over -- beat to death almost. And we still struggle. On tonight’s Hangout I’m going to share with you my top ten actions required to make change stick!...
