Special Encore Presentation: The Millennial Entrepreneur: Debt Free on Graduation

They have been called Gen Y, Millennials, and the Boomerang Generation. There are more than 80 Million Millennials living in America, those born between 1978 and 2000, and it has been tough for them. The average college grad is saddled with more than US$25,000. They face 13.2% unemployment, up from 7.7% 5 years ago, according to the Bureau of Labor, and they hit the job market at one of the worst economic times ever. They were taught to work hard, get an education and join the 40-hour workweek for 40 years retirement plan. Then the rug was yanked out from underneath them. They hit the job market and found the 40/40 plan was gone forever. As a result, some are angry and under-employed, some are entrepreneurial and doing well. But all of them are techno savvy and have been left alone to find their own way. When you think about it they have opportunities their parents only dreamed of. In this episode we talk to Miki Agrawal about the endless opportunities she has made for herself.

Do you get a little tongue-tied when connecting with people for the first time? Learn how you can create interest in what you are doing in 30 seconds or less and have that easy going confidence that draws people to you. It's a learnable skill and can be practiced until it effortlessly rolls off your tongue. When most people try to talk about themselves, they either clam up or verbal vomit all over their prospect. Stop doing that, and learn the skills to be able to talk to millionaires or billionaires in such a way that they ask to hear more. Guest Bill Walsh has been teaching entrepreneurs around the world how to connect with the people who can help grow your business, and he is here today to teach you.

The Art of the Rejection Free Close

Everyone is already pre-sold. We go to work to talk prospects out of a sale or opportunity. And why do we do that? Well it’s because you are using the same wrong words over and over, and people are so used to hearing them their salesman alarm goes off and they blow you off. In fact, you’ve been saying it wrong for years, and you don’t even know it. Until now. This episode is about not just connecting with prospects, but getting the yes far quicker by using the right words, common words and phrases what won’t set off the salesman alarm. My guest on the show, Tom “Big Al” Schreiter has been teaching audiences around the world and he is here today to teach you.
