<title>Make the Noise Go Away: Unlock the Power of your Second in Command</title>
<link>https://feeds.soundcloud.com/stream/354979637-weareoneeo-make-the-noise-go-away-unlock-the-power-of-your-second-in-command.mp3</link>
<description>On average, entrepreneurs only spend 20% of their time doing what brings the most value to the company, otherwise referred to as their "Highest and Best Use". The other 80% is spent in the "noise", which means doing things that are driven by worry, fear, and the need to be more confident about the health of the business. This "noise" makes entrepreneurs feel drained and unhappy, which has a negative impact on success and growth as well as morale. Successful entrepreneurs spend 80% of their time in their Highest and Best Use. This is accomplished by having a second-in-command who is trained to communicate and lead in such a way that keeps entrepreneurs feeling safe and confident, allowing them to spend their time doing what they do best that also makes them happiest. This, in turn, gives the second-in-command the freedom to act and lead others to success.</description>
